You’re very welcome to join us for 3 training sessions for free. After these we invite you to pay a membership fee. This fee gives you access to the court and the training moments, initiations, tourneys organized by the club, and also the internal meetings and decision structure.
The annual membership fee is 50€ and is to be paid between the 1st and 31st of January of every new year. A big part of this amount can be refunded by your health insurance.
If your financial situation is tricky, you can get in touch with our treasurer. A discount is possible down to 30€. This will be handled in confidentiality. On the other hand, if your financial situation allows you, you can be more generous, and increase your fee to 70€. This extra is welcome and will allow more support to our club’s actions. We warmly thank you for that.
If you join the club after the 1st of June, the amount of your fee is 25€ (half of the 50€ for the remaining half year). If you join the club between Le Grand Royal and January, you can pay your fee (30/50/70€). This fee will be valid for the entire following year. You will not pay again in January.
Brussels Bike Polo is organized as a Non Profit Organisation with a president, secretary and treasurer having the end responsibility for the functioning of the club. All members have a vote during several meetings organized throughout the year. Nonetheless BBP strives to have a horizontal culture promoting the possibility for everyone to take initiatives supporting the clubs objectives.
